We know that the reputation of your company is at stake with every cured-in-place pipe you install. Quality is an imperative. Our meticulous standards, attention to detail, and ISO 9001:2001 certified quality system make us the industry's quality leader — and allow us to build lining tubes which consistently perform to or beyond your expectations.

Liner Products maintains an advanced quality control laboratory in which quality assurance testing and documentation is performed for all component materials, manufacturing processes, and finished tubes to ensure conformance with customer specifications and applicable standards. All lining tubes comply with applicable ASTM standards, including ASTM D-5813, ASTM F-1216, and ASTM F-1743.

Each raw material is tested in accordance with ASTM standards and our extensive quality assurance testing procedures to ensure conformance with an approved Material Specification. Every roll of felt is given a unique roll number to track it from receiving, through quality acceptance inspection, to inventory, and ultimately incorporation into a lining tube.

Suppliers are assessed against demanding criteria — only those who can consistently meet the industry's highest standards are named to our List of Approved Vendors.

Noncoated Polyester Felt
Each roll is tested to ensure it meets specifications for width, felt thickness, basis weight, density, and tensile strength.

Coated Polyester Felt
Each roll is tested for conformance with specifications for width, felt thickness, felt basis weight, felt density, coating thickness, and tensile strength.

Felt Strip
Felt strip used to construct seams in coated felt layers are quality tested to determine conformance with width, thickness, basis weight, density, and tensile strength specifications.

Sealing Strip
Thermoplastic strips used to seal seams in lining tubes are tested for thickness and finish.

Finished Tubes
Samples are cut from each end of every lining tube and quality tested for circumference, felt thickness, coating thickness, length, and quality of construction to ensure that every tube meets or exceeds both your specifications and ours. Also, a visual inspection is performed on the entire length of each tube to assess coating integrity and the adequacy of the bond between the tube coating and sealing strips.
