Centrally located in southern Indiana, the Liner Products manufacturing facility occupies approximately 78,000 square feet of production, warehousing, and administrative space.
Liner Products is recognized as a leading worldwide supplier of quality lining tubes to the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) industry. CIPP is a trenchless pipe rehabilitation product used to renew pipelines and other structures without the costly and disruptive excavation associated with conventional dig-and-replace methods. The CIPP process uses a flexible lining tube which is placed under vacuum and saturated with resin, positioned inside the existing pipeline, and then "cured-in-place" to form a rigid, seamless, tightfitting liner which extends the life of the existing pipe structure. CIPP is generally designed to withstand internal and external deteriorating forces for a useful life of at least 50 years, but its anticipated life may be much longer. CIPP is also the most versatile trenchless pipe rehabilitation method, since it can be used on a large range of pipe sizes (diameters from 3" to 144"), with circular and noncircular pipe geometries, and can accommodate diameter and wall thickness changes within a single installation. |
